  • When should I book your services?
    There is no perfect time to book a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, but it depends on which package best suits your needs. Our short answer is, as soon as possible, given that our available dates book up quickly. If you want to book our full or partial planning packages, we recommend contacting us as soon as you have your wedding date solidified. If you want to book month-of coordination, we recommend booking at least 2-3 months before your wedding as this assistance begins at least 30 days prior to your wedding. If you are interested in day-of coordination, you are able to book at anytime, but there's a chance we won't be available on your wedding day.
  • Where do you offer your services?
    We're based in Southeast Michigan but will plan for or coordinate an event anywhere! With this, we do charge travel fees for event locations more than 50 miles away from home. Exact travel fees are calculated during the booking process!
  • How does the payment process work?
    We require a $100 deposit to hold your event date in our books, which will go towards your total amount due. Your remaining balance will be due 30 days before your event. If you would like to pay us in smaller increments, we are happy to work out a payment plan!
  • Do you take on more than one wedding per day?
    Short Answer: No. We feel strongly about giving our clients all of our attention on their special day, which can only be done when we can focus on one wedding at a time. You deserve the best, so we will give you that!
  • How many coordinators will be at my event?
    The number of coordinators at your event will depend on the size of your event. All weddings will have a minimum of 2 coordinators, one lead and one assistant.
  • Can we hire you for a destination wedding?
    Absolutely! We love to travel and work at new venues! Destination weddings may be more stressful on couples, but that's more of a reason to hire us for assistance!
  • Do you offer services for any type of event other than weddings?
    Yes! We are open to all types of events, nothing is too big or too small. Bridal & baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and holiday parties, are just a touch of what we will assist with. In life you only get so many special moments to celebrate, don't spend this time being stressed or overwhelmed, and hire us to do the work! Whether you need someone to just decorate, or full out plan your entire event, we are happy to help!
