-Prepare information sheets for bridal party with Wedding Day timelines & details

Week of the Wedding:

-Meeting to discuss all final details

-Review timelines, layouts, & contracts

-Confirm details with all vendors

-Rehearsal Coordination (depending on coordinator availability)

Wedding Day:

-8 hours of assistance on Wedding Day

-Phone or virtual meeting 1 week before to review details

-Errand runs & assistance on Wedding Day

-Contact for all vendors

-Site review

-Personal item & décor set-up

-Timeline coordination

-Attend to bride & groom for drinks or other needs

-Emergency kit access
